I wanted to tell you how wonderful we found Nara Gardens to be! It is in an ideal location, right by the airport (and the planes really are not a bother because they only fly in during the day, and you are not in your room anyway), taxi ride away from anywhere you want to be, and a clean, comfortable, quiet room to come home to. You can go to Chaweng for the nightlife and then be able to sleep without disturbance in your room at Nara Gardens. Not to mention the staff, my sister had to go to the hospital during our visit and the staff were most accommodating, offering free rides for me to the hospital ! I can't get over how nice everyone was ! and the view, ah the view ! Big Buddha can be seen from the pool, it's just a wonderful place to stay and not expensive for what you get ! I highly, highly recommend Nara Gardens if you want a bit of peace and quiet after a day of diving or a night of partying. Did I mention the restaurant ? I could just go on and on.....

Nara Gardens offer clean and very comfortable accommodation at affordable prices. All the staff are most helpful and will do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been to Thailand many times and Nara Gardens is truly one of our best finds.

Samui is fantastic. For all you party animals, it is the place you want to be, notably for the full moon party. I was there during Sonkran, the Thai new year. The Nara Resort was the only place left where we managed to find a room. It is situated close to the Big Bouddha in the north. One piece of advice - it is a great and cheap hotel to stay, so don't hesitate. Hope to be back this summer !!! Ciao.
